The caps,rings,metal,mud,sand,oversized bottles and regular size bottesare sepa-rated through multiple sieving to achieve effective multi-size and large capacity separation.(the mesh size can be customized)-Amaximum throughput of 10 tons/hour,with a missed sieving rate of<1%.

Remove-95%of the labels and -70%of the impurities on the botle surface-Consumable parts are lightweight and moduarized,allowing for itsquick replacement.wrapped bottles and deformed bottles.

Wet grinding featured with unhindered feeding, stable output, low energy consumption, low noise, and firm structure is adopted in this production line.

It aims to wash away the dirt and adhesive labels on the surface of bottle scraps that are delivered to the washing machine after being scattered by the unpacking machine with high-temperature agentia to and deliver the washed bottles to the next process with the double screw.
