01 - Features

 

 

The HDPE washing recycling system is used to treat all kinds of HDPE waste plastics. The processed HDPE can be used to produce plastic granules and make plastic products. HDPE plastics are mainly used to produce various packaging materials, well known as bottles and barrels. Generally, large-size HDPE materials need to be shredded first, and small-size HDPE materials can be crushed directly. The different application places of HDPE materials determine different impurity residues, and we can design and adjust the corresponding plant according to other impurity residues. The HDPE washing recycling line is suitable for the recycling of PP materials of similar size.

1.Process flow chart and process description of the production line: The production line is designed according to three main process processes, including crushing and cleaning module (including water circulation and filtration reuse system inside the production line)
2.Description of crushing cleaning process module: crushing cleaning module includes secondary crushing and secondary bleaching and air flow sorting

• Primary crushing: the material is sent to the crusher, the crushing size is 20mm, the material is dehydrated by friction and then sent to the first stage rinsing;
• Level rinsing: the bottle contains the metal spring and other harmful substances through the first level tear after all have been separated from the bottle, after the friction scattered into the first pool rinsing, remove the majority of metal spring and aluminum foil and other submerged PET bottle and proportion of greater than 1 PE / PP bottle, at the same time, most of the organic pollutants contained in material cleaning dehydration;
• Hot washing module: after crushing and dehydration, most of the labels and bottles have been separated, only the aluminum foil containing adhesive and hot melt has no separation, through the first stage of separation into hot washing high temperature cooking friction, and remove the stubborn dirt, adhesive and aluminum foil to restore the original color; high temperature cooking module control temperature is greater than 90ºC and cooking for more than 30 minutes, design two heating tanks to ensure the temperature and time of the specimen production line to ensure the cleaning quality;
• Three-level rinse module: three-level rinse module uses a water pool for floating washing and dehydration, mainly used for removing detergent and floating bottle sheet is mainly used to add clean water for the final bottle sheet rinsing quality control, in order to get the highest purity of the bottle sheet;
